Providence Underground

Hidden away in the collapsed and blocked off sections of the city's subway system, the Underground is accessible only to those who know the few hidden entrances scattered around Providence. Founded by a small resistance movement within the city, the Underground has become a small city beneath a city. Complete with small tenements and a market, the Underground offers sanctuary to those persecuted by the surface; political prisoners, the sick, members of the resistance, and citizens unable to support themselves in Providence's competition. While Ain Soph Aur occasionally lends aid, the Underground is not as organised, and considers themselves a separate movement, and self policing.
