Hollywood Hills The home of the Nobles, the hills are the top spot to be in Providence. Grand attractions, parks, restaurants and mansions cater to those with the money and heritage to afford them. In stark contrast to the lower districts, the hills are clean, bright and well kept. Protected by the police and military, if you don't look like you belong here trouble is soon to follow. Tall palm trees and glamorous landscaping shape the hills into an oasis in the middle of a desert land, and the effort that goes into maintaining the area would have you wonder if the apocalypse ever happened at all. Downtown Providence The central business district of Providence, the downtown area is made up of a mix of tall skyscrapers and old gothic architecture. High rise apartments and suites stare out from the tallest towers over the whole of Providence, where old stone and gargoyles mix with fluorescent signs, plate glass windows and radio towers. Clubs and bars wind their way between bakeries and flower shops, catering to those who live a nightly lifestyle. The main station for the PCPD is located here, as well as numerous shops, small parks and schools. In the east, the main entrance to Providence is located, protected by a high barrier and numerous tolls and security checkpoints. Sub-boards: Financial District, TurnTech Industries, The Academy |

Harbor City - 1 Viewing Located in the southern part of Providence, Harbor city is where the poor and lower middle class live and work. The buildings are old, and the further away you travel from Providence's core the more they crumble until the ocean eventually claims them. Factories and apartment houses stretch down from the financial district, and the largest intact skyscrapers in the area have been converted into vertical farms that produce the food necessary for urban growth. While more money is poured into the upper districts, the city is slowly attempting to improve Harbor City, and construction projects can be seen popping up over the area. While good for some, others are losing their homes to the effort, and tensions are slowly raising. Sub-boards: Terminal Island, Providence Underground, The Drowning City |

California–Nevada Border The lands between the two states were never truly hospitable, and they have only transformed from dry and arid to vibrant and teeming with life. From afar the rainbow of the Amargosa Desert stands in sheer contrast to the black of the Funeral Mountains. The area is largely uninhabited by humans, save for a small four-building shanty town made up almost entirely of centurions specializing in the retrieval of neuro-enhancers or the transport of people or goods across the borders. Hiring a local is highly recommended, though safe travel is not guaranteed. Until then, outsiders are required to camp out in the open as the tavern, general store, centurion barracks, and military checkpoint do not house visitors. Old Vegas The city of lights and sin, Old Vegas is the closet place in the Wasteland to what it once was before it was half destroyed during the war. Casinos and hotels once again fill the streets with a neon glow, and the nobles and civilians from both Providence and the Wasteland come here to gamble away their money, drink, and indulge in a number of lavish activities. While the casinos and attractions are all run by those with the money and affluence to have restored and keep them staffed, the entirety of Old Vegas is policed by the Centurions; keeping something of an unsteady peace between members of Providence and Ain Soph Aur. The strip is open to all manner of people, and it's light and central location make it a hub of trade and commerce between states. Sub-boards: Amusement Mile, The Mirage, The Velvet Tower |

Mojave Desert Unlike the Armagosa Desert, the Mojave makes no illusion to what fate befalls those who wander into it's valleys. Buzzards and giant birds of prey the size of small cars hunt from rocky peaks and the shells of dead tank beetles pile up in mass graveyards among the sand. Sweeping valleys of golden sand shift with the wind like ocean waves, concealing sinkholes and pitfalls, and wild animals pick at those who stray too far from the roads. During the day the heat can become unbearable, and at night can drop to frigid temperatures. Very few towns crop up out here, and those that do are wary of strangers. Hotel Excalibur Located in the center of a small mountain ridge on the outskirts of Vegas, the Hotel Excalibur was left abandoned after the war due to it's remote location. Nearly reclaimed by nature until it's discovery by the fringes of Ain Soph Aur twenty years ago, the hotel was once a secluded casino built with a medieval motif. High stone walls and a number of floors give the building an old world, looming look, and the inside was probably once warm and inviting. ASA has done it's best to clean up most of the hotel, though there are a number of rooms that still fall to dust and clutter. Outside, the building is surrounded by a small grove of tall pine trees, protected by the rocky cliffs. A long tunnel is the only entrance to the base that doesn't involve scaling the cliff-face, which is carefully guarded by Ain Soph Aur patrols. Burning Steppes Far away from Providence's shores, the steppe lands are a series of wide rolling hills and rocky plains. Short, brown grasses and dry shrubs cover the sandy dirt, and the small brittle trees offer little hope of shade. Towns are few and far between, connected only by a few dirt and broken asphalt roads. The dry grassland is all that some farmers have to graze their small herds, and coyotes and other predators stalk the hills, while herds of Tank Beetles and horses can occasionally be seen. In the intense heat of the day, water sources dry quickly and life is harsh and fleeting. Sub-boards: Freeside, Jack's Junkyard, Ash Valley |

The Gray Once a desert, changes in the climate have turned the Gray into a large plain of volcanic and geothermal activity. From the Oil Fields, large geyser basins and hot springs stretch over fields of dark volcanic rock and sediment. Fumaroles spew hot steam into the air, and little grows besides dense scrub grass that is toxic with arsenic. Tick -Toads and scavengers are the only wildlife that the area seems to sustain, and numerous sink holes and the acidic, sulfuric air given off by the geysers makes the area dangerous to traverse.
